Werk & IK Uitzendgroep about its own training center; the Werk & I Academy. Our Academy helps our flex colleagues to further develop their professional skills.

On average we invest up to € 2500 in the first six months with flex workers

Both theoretical and practical training

In our Academy we offer both theoretical and practical training, provided by our own trainers or in collaboration with external specialists. All training courses are IATA certified. The support we offer our flex colleagues includes obtaining authorizations and certificates - for free or at a competitive price!

These certificates can improve your career when you return home or move to another job

Multiple training locations

Werk & IK Uitzendgroep has various training locations. The light and inspiring spaces provide ample opportunity for concentration and inspiration. Our trainers also provide various training ''on the job'', these are training courses that are fully tailored to the position of our flex colleagues, practical situations and learning objectives.
